thanks for your input guys, looks like a 50/50 split here so far.  I'll only buy them if they react exactly the same to full backspin on each club as the 2.0 burners.  I dont have a problem with the quick meter. but having the meter the same speed as my driver and wedges makes sense.

If you do not have a problem with the meter speed stick with the burners. You will want to get the r11 at 90 anyways. So why bother getting used to the blades meter speed for 2 lvl's at a price of 2500 creds

there's just that thought in the corner of my mind thinking i might be more consistent with all my club speeds being the same.  And I'm all over the R11's when I hit lvl90.

Bladez are Burners 2.0 with a slower meter.  Yardages are identical.  I used Burners since L79 and traded for Bladez because they solve a specific problem for me regarding matched meter speeds.  I'm not sure yet what I'll do at 90 re R11's.

However, you sound determined to get R11 irons at 90, with a faster meter then your R11 driver/3w and CG's.  I wouldn't spend 2,600 on Bladez now, just to drop the meter speed as an experiment,  knowing that i will spend another 3,000 at 90 to increase my meter speed to where it was with Burners.

Suggest renting the Bladez, give them a proper workout, and make your decision.

If you have credits to spare, then good for you, no rental necessary.  Enjoy your new Bladez. :-)

The Bladez are slightly better than the Burner 2.0's. They seem to have slightly higher trajectory and stop a little better. But they can't compare to the R11's. The 3 4 and 5 irons of the R11's are game changers. It just takes good concentration to handle the faster meter speed.

Agreed.   I would rather be using R11's at 90 than Bladez.
