losing credits

  hi all, can someone advise   me please. i was playing a skins game this morning and as sometimes happened i got cut off but as i tried   to reload it  it told me wgt was not responding. i lost my 300 credits and am wondering can i get them  back. had only played a few holes. thanks

  Send WGT an e-mail (click on contact, at the bottom right of this page), tell them the facts and they'll make a decision to refund you or not.
