  I am just frustrated more than anything that they dont communicate with us very well. I enjoy this game,but i find when they do updates to grow the game some they quite often miss the target entirely.

  They miss OUR targets entirely.   WGT is not aiming at our targets, they have their own target$.

  Doesn't 51 pages in 2 days tell WGT something about players opinion.  If i owned a company and this player outrage had happened I would sack my marketing team, get to the bottom of players gripes, sort it out and get WGT back on track, but heck, this would happen in the "real" world, obviously WGT NEVER work like that. In the real world "the customer is always right" here in WGT fantasy land, "the customer is always all right to fleece"

  Page 50 in a bit over 2 days....... Still not a single response from WGT management. How ignorant and arrogant can you behave. Let this be the topic that never dies and keep 'm reminding of all the things they should address, until we at least got some kind of feedback (other then the closing and removal of this topic).

  In literal terms yes.....expensive avatars & disappearing gift cards 

  But I think the players frustrations with WGT in general are akin to a bottle of fizzy pop which has been well shaken by WGT and the lunacy of how the issue of the elite collection was handled by WGT, the subject of this thread, is akin to the top of the bottle being opened..........

  No....have been following it from the start......made a post on it in the earlier stages of the thread (top of page 4 (& page 10) prior to your 1st post top of page 5).... 

  Also see the analogy I posed in the 2nd part of my post above which you just commented on......which should be read in conjunction with the line above it....

  I think it's time for MrWGT to bring out an 'Address to the World'  type video to answer some of these complaints/worries. 

  If he has read all this and I'm sure he has.

  There is a disturbing trend starting to happen here on this thread and a few others in the Forum and if Chad can finally come out and try to relax us a bit, with Answers and not spin... it will be great :)

  No it wasn't that. The chat was going so fast that he had trouble keeping up with what was being typed. And many of them were so poorly written that he just couldn't understand what was being asked.At least 2 or 3 times he asked just what are asking for. I don't understand what you wrote.I didn't even understand 1/2 of what was written. It went by so fast and like I said much of it was written so poorly that it was almost impossible to understand some of it.  This was due in part by much of it being written by people whose first language is not English. Chad was on for quite awhile Thursday so I have to assume that some of his time on was in the forums.

  I appreciate the words from Mara43 and the others.    While I think I now understand what you are saying .. I still don't see why all the really negative comment are being written.    The actual facts of the update net down to 2 things:

  1. The better players wanted to be able to cash their credits for gift cards (only a few of who posted here - most of US folks who posted could never collect that may credits).
  2. Others players wanted to make their own avatars and now found out they won't be able to do it because of the ridiculous amount of credits being asked for.    (We didn't have it before & still don't).  

  For anyone who's been around a while ... it's not a surprise at all that WGT has very little to say directly ... their normal way of dealing with things is - let the emotion die down then address it.  

  I'm not even sure any more by the comments in this thread what the "community" wants WGT to say ?     Is it "your right custom avatars are now 500 credits" or "your right ... we can't do them and will take them off the elite collection" or "your right about gift cards but we still can't afford to buy them" .... I'm just not sure.

  Anyway --- just opinion ... and doing my part to get to a 100 page thread :)
