Yep astounded and very early he looked as though he was getting angry as well.
Once he got into the groove he stopped nervously gulping his drink and sat upright and took the questions on.

The chat screen was running pretty fast, WE all have an
undewrstanding of what we need, so it is easy to succinctly ask the
question, however, he needed elaboration.
Hence Pizza boys latest attempt at trying to get us to ask questions in a particular format.

Thing is, he shouldn't have to, he should have a reporting method in place and then relay feedback from there.
As it is we have a delivery boy that pops in half way through a thread and then asks out loud
"please ask any questions you feel" and we inevitably respond yet again with "how about reading the ones already posted" and THEN we get the indignant arrogance of "oh ok then i will go read them"
To the usual end result of ';we appreciate your feed back i will pass it on"
Lets get a chat with chad session now and see the look of surprise on his face when he learns the Bags are faulty and no one is happy with the new Elite Collection.
