    Quijotazo:
Maybe the OP is very, very, very talented.

I am not sure a very talented player would mind getting to the Legend tier...

I think I got here in less rounds that most people, but I am sure many have done it faster. Level 72 did include a 60 consecutive day play bonus too.
I did move up very fast to master, I had next to no experience player off the pro tee. I went from Amateur to Master is less than 5 levels.

However, I needed the WGT "charity" to get me to TM (making it so your rounds can only go down).

Essentially WGT did stop me sandbagging, but had I just done 1 ready-go tournament a day interweaved with some multi-player rounds (which I always seem to do a few shots worse with anyway) and some +par pure sandbag rounds, I am not sure it would have stopped me.

Mainly dissapointing is I made about 2k credits out of the ready-go tournaments, had I hit Legend at level 90 I could then buy all the best clubs having made 10k or more from them. I am extremely competitive.

It will probably effect my enjoyment of the game because it is harder to compete when you have level 59 clubs when most legend+ have some of the best clubs in the game.

I made Legend with a 63 average. I think I was using Ping Raptors at the time. It's easy to make credits in this game as a TM. Drive, Wedge, Putt.

I applaud WGT for derailing sandbaggers. Don't expect any sympathy from anyone when you openly admit sandbagging to stay in your tier.

    Sorry to be so blunt.

And by the way, the game is way more fun from the men's tees.

this is nothing mate! today i posted a +54 to rise my average for the same reason like you!! and guess what? even after such severe bad rounds my average didn't rose at all!! this is really beginning to worry me. If i reach legend at level 58 guess what happens to me lol!! For proof of my bad rounds see my profile!

That's very impressive if you were using full pinh raptures (including driver and wood). I really struggled with distance off the Master tee with my R11s.

I never said it was :P

    I didn't get a chance to sandbag!

    e.

I apologize Joel. Apparently I have no reading comprehension skills. I read this paragraph as being what you had done, not what you were planning on doing.

You make a great case for WGT allowing all Legends/Tour Legends full access to all available equipment.

Hey Joel, sorry about your situation. I completely agree that all clubs should be available to legends and about. Just a few suggestion if I can? The lvl 68 rocketball driver and three wood will give you more distance. They are not high trajectory but they get great roll. Also you are only 5 or so levels from the rocketbalz irons which are very good. Also some upper level wedges will help. Just a few suggestion if your wallet can take it. Enjoy the fun tees.

Essentially the same thing. He just got kicked up before he had a chance to really sandbag which is what he stated he was going to do.

Hey adtjoel, I find you to be a nice guy ! ... and also I concur with your need for better gear, wich "SHOULD BE THEN" more "tier-related" and not "LEVEL-related".  I feel the same way with the L94 R11 Driver, so, I understand your position better ;)

Anyway dear friend, come one, this is not different than when our child finds himself in the sandbox all sad because his toy does not do what he wants it to do ... ("this is just a game") ...

    Good weekend ;)  Q

Yeah, it's not the end of the world. I think my competitive steak is just slightly restless.

Sandbagging won't work after a certain time because your score is not a real average (it can only go down).  I got to legend with a real average so had that potential to sandbag.

Thanks for the suggestions I will look at that. I have nearly 10k credits and could sell off the R11s I have and the hybrid I've never used. I think I can just about afford the full set of R11s (when I get to 90) a couple of wedges and a putter.
