New Match Play Challenge Issues

  Twice now I have started a new match play challenge issue (combined 550 credits).  The opponent never loads properly.  I restart my browser, and never get a chance to rejoin.  The game behaves as if no game started in the first place.

   

  Is there a point at which a game must start for it to "count"?

  Hi WaterTrap,

  I don't believe the game is counted until both players have successfully loaded on the first tee.
