Can anyone help please as not getting an answer from WGT support.

My ave score is stuck permanently at 65 Master, irrespective of the result of my matches, ranked rounds.

I have beaten legends (and lost a lot more) and have about 50% scored win rate v Tour Master.  I am (genuinely) inconsistent - I am not wanting to stay at this level and score.

Why is this happening?  It just never ever ever moves any more

    hi

right now, seems like your scores are above your average. since you have many scores to reach 65 or under, it will likely take a while for average to rise or drop.

Quick answer is that you need to shoot scores lower than your average to actually lower your average.

You have yet to do so.  Once you play so many ranked rounds, your average will stop increasing, which appears to be the case for you.

However, I cannot explain why your average has not gone down if you have actually beat players in tiers above yours in matchplay.
