  I knew he was going to pay up, my thoughts were if WGT shut him down forever, what would happen.

  They wont get through my filters , router or security setup but they can try if they want. I only offer help to friends and not everyone unless it is basic forum help sorry.

  It seems as tho an infraction of the rules, t&c, has occured.  It matters not the reason why, unless mental illness is present, it did occur.  If several persons were involved then ALL should recieve a just punishment as determined by the ownership, management of this concern.  It is a privately owned and managed, or mis-managed enterprise.  What they do or not do is not of my concern.  If it is deemed by the membership to be unfair, or unjust fine, but I do believe that it was not an honorable thing to sell cedits.  thestrut said it.

  That's their way IMHO: Do in silence.

  They will never comment on actions pro or against any user - "privacy protection".

  And while a friendly reminder before any action is courteous in a small group like a CC, it may be too much of a demand vis-a-vis the entity of WGT users.

  Remember their way of care for "good" customers. Would you expect more against bad ones?

  Omitting a heads-up for a suspension is no good style, the neglection of mails from "premium" Nation customers (1) just puts it into the right perspective.

  Boy the subject of this thread likes to involve himself in un-necessary drama. IIRC we had a thread where this person was apologizing to the community a couple of weeks ago for something now this person has gotten themselves a time out for breaking the rules of the site. Frankly, sounds like a dopey 18 old acting like a dopey 18 year old.

  Why, because he choose to do something with the credits he legally acquired, the tab at the top says "BUY CREDITS" Does not matter what the sign in the lunchroom say's, those credits were legally acquired and were legally his and had wgt closed his account he would of been legally entitled to full reimbursement of those credits in his account at the exact same rate of the purchase amount including interest.

  WGT provides anyone with a reasonable expectation of ownership of those credits with their misleading advertising, they will reap what the sow. They can put any sign up in any lunchroom they wish, if that sign is in any way conflicting with any promise and/or claim made by the retailer in advertising said product, the fine print will be deemed to be null and void and will have no standing and effect. 

  WGT is the dummy here, by closing any and all avenue for real world reimbursement they have opened up some real interesting issues here.

  And closing the account would of slammed opened yet another door.

  He was and is no dummy. He and others stand to receive a huge windfall.
