6 pages and no comment from WGT . Hmm.

So every time someone gets a timeout, WGT must come and explain it to the community?? Sure that sounds reasonable...  By the way how's Cav doing these days :-)...

    CerinoDevoti:

Boy the subject of this thread likes to involve himself in un-necessary drama. IIRC we had a thread where this person was apologizing to the community a couple of weeks ago for something now this person has gotten themselves a time out for breaking the rules of the site. Frankly, sounds like a dopey 18 old acting like a dopey 18 year old.

    Grow up dummy.

Ding Ding Ding - We have a winner...

    I noticed that too.

In fact i have noticed the absense of Pizza in these forums quite a bit other than the occassional 'clear your flash cache' paste he usually does. (which needs updating pizza)

On that note maybe whoever at WGT have realised Pizza is just providing fuel for the fires.

On another note and on topic, I am sure WGT expected this, possibly have been monitoring this since someone broguht it up in the 500,000credit avatar threads.

WGT will never eliminate this, but it is their new focus to be rid of the 'champions' as we know it and try to condition a whole new wave of people into a 'new' WGT  which will then take  1 - 2 years to have the SAME backhanded actions from WGT to this new wave.

HOWEVER, by then , this time around, they will have a contingency for the escape from the embarrasment they have caused themselves in the lat 12 months.

'You', 'me' 'Bugggyy' and anyone else who is assertive to WGT's bend over tactics will be moderated. This of course will breed more workarounds and an exact new breed of the assertive.. WGT dont get it. Look after the customer and the customer looks after you.

Do the opposite and wherever there is a mountain it will be conquered.

New countries opened up to WGT, a little surge of income, a bigger plan  of contingency and PP on the scene TW now marketing more aggressively and this buggy farce of a naively built game will fall into the same pit as the other wanna be's.

WGT provides anyone with a reasonable expectation of ownership of those credits with their misleading advertising, they will reap what the sow. They can put any sign up in any lunchroom they wish, if that sign is in any way conflicting with any promise and/or claim made by the retailer in advertising said product, the fine print will be deemed to be null and void and will have no standing and effect.

It all depends on every country's legislation. For instance, you can write a pre-nuptual agreement and notarize it in my country, but it will never have any legal bearing, cause my country's legislation doesn't recognize pre-nups. So, unless you have an excellent knowledge of US legislation, you could be wrong with your assumption, especially if you consider we're talking about beta. It would be good if they would be forced to have at least some accountability though.

What a load of tripe. Not bad coming from a BETA game hey.

None of this would stand up if tested.

    i say PIZZA ..

has fell to the power of assimilation..   resistance was futile...

i admit i fell for the ruse .. that was portray'd that WGT may actually give a small crap about the players...

OH sure its a cool game ..i enjoy it very much.. BUT GREED .. has so obviously set in..

i must say i am baffled ..at how come a poker site... can take rake ... make a profit and any player that wins ..then wants to withdraw some of there winnings ..can do so..

i guess the top players can buy the super over priced golf package and then sell it for half price... but i still just don't get it.. I guess the TAKE TAKE TAKE .. is working for WGT .. so why not GO FOR ... all THEY CAN GET ???

kinda like berney madoff ...   it work'd pretty good for him for a long time..

ahhh..im just blabbin... and here for the ride... till something better comes along,, :)

    peace

Buggyy was suspended for a violation of the terms and conditions.  If his or any of our accounts are permamently cancelled for violation of this, we are more than likely not entitled to any refund of any type.  The credits have no cash value and can not be transferred.   You can give anything you want to another player but based upon what I have seen you can not sell the credits by any means.
