fecks11: 1. the Irish property market did not quadruple over a two year period and as a serious market player you have no excuse for not knowing that. 2. anybody who genuinely thinks "hey I will amass 60 houses in my portfolio and then sell them all before a collapse" is deluded in the extreme. Does it not occur to you that others are speculating on the same market and none of these people foresaw what you did. Enjoy your swim, the sea is free
Sorry but the Irish market wasn't my 'patch', I just know you all came over here and bought everything going and then 4 years later disappeared back home as it all went t*t's...(selling their houses at LESS than they paid for them because a lot of nationalities bought at over inflated prices)
I didn't start off with the HOPE of getting 60 houses, just wanted to make a living off 4 or 5 houses and eventually have the rents pay off the mortgages for my old age retirement fund..,
Think I already alluded to 'LUCK' , I didn't sell off because I foresaw a World Collapse..Pretty sure I said I wanted to kick back and soak up the rays out of apathy / laziness..
And I don't swim in the sea in January, I use the pool !!
Pity you feel the need to carry on a smear campaign upon my integrity ..back in the day I saw ppl better off than me and didn't think any worse of them..I STRIVED to elevate myself from humble beginnings to be able to do the things I saw them doing..
Luck involved ? -- Partly
Worked harder than most ppl ? -- No
Sometimes the cards just fall right for you and I ain't going to apologize for that...
So to get back to what started this....NEXT time I'll only spend £200.00 on a jacket !! (I won't really, it cost £1200.00 , I just thought that sounded a lot so I took a 1/3rd off).
Have a long and bitter life....You'll excel in that department.
