  Simply view a players' profile, scroll down to "The Wall" and click "New Wall Post"

  did you ever figure out how to write on others walls cuz i dont see the new wall post either

  I don't think you see it if you're very new, it'll probably appear after you've been here a little while.

  It's in the FAQs =>

  Please note that you must reach Level 15 before you can post on another player's Wall.
