  The betty white ads was not giving me credits. I let live gamer know of the problem and now they have banned me from volume 11. This has stop me and two other players from getting any ads under the carousel. Most of the ads are giving credits . Wgt will you turn this around we need the credits. It is not the fault of my computer thank you.

  WE147 looks like no one is picking on you but another ad glitch in WGT. The Betty White video works at times for credits and other times not. Just the way it is. I am getting the Banned from Volume 11 message too, and I haven't done a thing and all computer adjustments are 5 by 5.

  Hi

  It sounds like a technical issue on their end. I'd give them a few days to sort it out. You could also try contacting them directly and see if it helps.
