I recently made Legend and am finding I now get quite a few Par 3's between 220 and 250.  My 3wd doesn't bite efficiently enough to hold these greens so I'm asssuming I should consider purchasing a Hybrid for these shots.  Before I buy one I'd like some opinions from Legends & Tour Legends on the softest landing Hybrids.  Thx in advance.

I think a hybrid would be a backward step as you definitely need 3 evenly spaced wedges in this game. And if you ditch your 3w you lose 15 yards minimum. I find that I can usually get by using a 3 wood with full backspin and the spin Nikes.

Wait til you play the one par 3 on Oakmont when its at 299 yards lol. Agree with Courtney though about a 3 wood over a hybrid.

I have the same problem as you as we both have the same irons, my advice would be get the Rocketbladez at L79 or wait one more level to get the R11's. They both will hit long enough and stop great with Callys.

I use the lvl 80 (i think) g 20 3 wood and it does great.

I agree with lonnie above, the G20 level 80+ is good for these, also you may find playing with the spin using your 3 iron gets you closer.

+1 Sammi as well. The level 90 R11 3 iron is rated at 225 yards... same as the G20 hybrid. If you put away the 3 wood, you're giving yourself a 55 yard gap between clubs.

Alternately (as Courteney stated), you could switch to the i(s), or another higher spin rated ball. I don't have much difficulty stopping it, and I use the G20 3 wood with the i(s).
