I really thought this was a wind up when I read your post. Then I realized that this is symptomatic of todays instant gratification culture.

Not only do you expect to be able to master a difficult game with just a couple of weeks play, when you do not achieve what you want, it just has to be someone else's fault.

A friend of mine has been involved in a series of neurological tests on people playing on-line skill based games, and comparing brain activity against subjects actually playing or competing in the real thing.

It seems that playing computer based games uses almost as much brain power as the real thing.

So Joe, apart from updating your computer or clearing your caches, I suggest that you go away and use your spare time to try to increase the size of your brain. I know this will be difficult judging by the level of your comments, but at least give it a try.

I have heard that brain transplants are will be available in the near future, and Joe when you next update your computer, try to include a spell checker, learning to spell correctly will be a big leap to improving your higher neural function.

I mean give me a break , I played this game fotr like 2 weeks now an I garuntee it wasnt a misjudgment on my part. Save me the *** you are shoveling son. I understand how to play this game.
something to consider, whether you think I'm shoveling it or not... after 2 weeks I 'garuntee' that it was a misjudgment on your part.

Listen to Jake and the others who have put THOUSANDS of hours into this game.  They know what they are talking about.

There is a steep learning curve to this game.

these comments about this game shows how stupid golfers are to think this game is real, you have nothing to do with how far you hit the ball, you guys can't be that stupid.

I know how you guys feel, I bought a piano a couple of weeks ago and the damn thing just doesn't work.  I've seen people playing on telly and bought a Beethoven CD but it still didn't help. I tried playing on a Steinway but I still can't get it to work properly.  It must be the piano's fault, after all I've been playing it for over 2 weeks now.

Seriously people, you really think 2 weeks is enough to learn this game?  Or the guy who has spent ages wondering what he's doing wrong, which is nothing.  You think 4 rounds qualifies as ages?

Learn the game. When to play full shots, when to punch.  When not to pitch or putt.  When playing out sideways is the best option.  Basically, put in the time and learn the game before coming here spouting utter garbage.

    You make the place stink.

You have indeed been scammed MM - 2 weeks and you still play like a 3 year old - there is no possibility that this could be caused by user error. I had the same problem when I bought a Stradivarius Violin - 1 month later and the dog still howled with pain the second I went near the violin, let alone the neighbors threatening to lynch me, and like you, it was the violins fault. Same music shop me thinks.

Likewise on WGT, every 100 yard drive I hit, 1 yard chip and the putt that sails on 10 feet past the hole - ALWAYS is a obvious sign that I have just been scammed. It is never my fault...........or is it?
