A/C deducted for Blitz challenge incomplete

    I set up a Blitz challenge for 230 creidits but my opponent never loaded so the message disqualified for taking too long appeared and I lost my credits. Game ID 10042

    As both my opponent and I have  lost our credits, then 460 credits has gone to WGT.

    Surely one or the other of us should get the credits, but WGT has taken the lot.

    Please arrange to refund in full.

    an email has already been submitted by my opponent I believe.

    Yes Icon I sent an email to member services but have received no acknowledgment, I usually get one pretty quick, so why is this simple error by you, not yet sorted..

    Please pull ur finger out.

    I have lost access to my email a/c, so please do me a favour and refund my stolen credits.

    This is an outrage.

    I do not have access to the emails, so I can only direct you there and check status on them if it's been too long.
