Personally I think it would be a great idea for wgt and do not think it would undermine its integrity at all. Its only a matter of time until we will see that here imo and here's why....golf is a betting game and with vigorish, wgt could stand to make insane (and well deserved) profits. As new courses come online in coming years it will add more variety, level out the playing field, and bring even more interest. But it is a skill game just as poker is and so I feel it should be put in the same category. If people do not wish to play for money, they know they do not have to.

I think this would contravene the gaming laws that apply to WGT. It may also alter the restrictions that affect certain countries. I could be wrong though.

It would encourage multi accounters and the moving of black market credits between accounts.

And as pizza says  "thanks for the suggestion" your idea finds its way to the bottom of the pile.....of the trash bin!!

    IMO

Great post and valid suggestion :) At least there would be a point too winning credits and depositing funds if it was all for real cash :)

I have no reason too spend any more money on this game as it stands as i have my clubs , play the game 8-9 hours a day and dont want too win credits as i cant cash them out anyways.

But hey i'll still play just wont spend anymore

    :)
