Their Golf apparel site (WGT Fan Store) that sells hats, shirts, cups, & mouse pads is a lot cheaper without them Nike brand name. So I guess it's the Elite Nike WGT cap that is only available here.

    WGTpizza:

    BubbaCrusher007:
but don't 120,000 credits translate into &120.00? Am I missing something here?

This should go without saying, but: please do not spend $120 on this hat.

You should, however, play the game of WGT. Once you are good enough, you can earn the fictional currency called "credits" we give for performing well. You can turn in this fictional currency for prizes, like this hat.

If WGT was in the business of selling hats, WGT would go out of business.

    Stay classy,

    -WGTpizza

Thank you for the answer: I am not ready to play for credits.I feel I will be ready once I can start shooting in the lower 50's. I understand the system/wgt game credit rewards for game ect.

It would probably be quicker to start another account & shoot from the baby tee's to win RG's but I think I'll do it "MY way" as Franky baby would say?

    THanks Pizza!

I totally agree, self pride is something that cannot be bought even though WGT accepts ""the quick way""

Some of you folks are just plain funny...I mean really funny.

How can one complain about the cost of something, that (if you have a normal IQ) does not come out of your pocket?

    Flipping amazes me.

That said, WGT should offer the hats via $$...i/e sell a hat for 20 bucks...or, wait till you build up a credit bank and cash it in for one.

Folks, it's no different than any other "rewards program"...

Sure, you can buy an Airline ticket now for 500 roundtrip, or, you can keep amassing miles and cash them in for a free trip.

Simple I think...just grasp the concept.

Pizza, credits are only a fictional currency when it comes to taking them out of the system. It sure as hell aint fictional dollars, pounds, Euros or whatever when you're buying them lol.

As I have said before, anyone playing this game in the hope of generating an income from their success very soon discovers that just isn't on the menu. Perhaps there should be a Buyer Beware notice in the buying credits section :)

    I am kidding btw......
