My second thread on this subject, as the first one failed to get my credits back.
The details are straightforward, I set up a challenge game of Blitz for 250 credits Game ID 10042 but was uable to even start, WGT then disqualified me for taking too long, but kept all the credits in the challenge from both players.
When am I going to get refunded, and by the way, with the shoddy way you have handled this , I think some compensation is in order.
My Yahoo email a/c is not working, therefore I have no means of using it to contact Member Services.
