    chrisironsbones:

If i was a CHEAT, maybe I might, but I'm honest.  But if i could do It, I guarantee you I would have a much better chance in wining than any tour legend.  Give me any tour legend you could think of who might actually beat me when I'm playing on pro tees and they're from legend tees.  If I entered stevenharkins 10k tournament, I would rather play 15 tour legends from easy pro tees with them on black.  Who wouldn't.  And I'm not just talking about pro's,  Even masters** have a HUGE advantage tee wise over legends.  Give me a re-started account and let me play for $40 a few times until i'm back at legend, i guarantee you I would have amassed hundreds of $ from HONEST players until I reached legend

You must believe everyone to be stupid or something, you make it appear like over night you could re-appear on the pro tees with top equipment.

At best if you invested maybe 50,000 credits and spent 1.5 years doing nothing but alt shot could you then appear with your current equipment.

And in your own words, that's $5000.00 and if time is money, another say $60,000.00 so you would spend $65,000.00 to win a $2000.00 trip. Not likely anyone is going to do that, if it was likely, it would of already happened.

If you are suggesting you could shoot your 51 with lvl 60 gear, since level 60 could in fact be done over night, I say you are again dreaming in technicolor, and even if you believed this to be so, you would be spending $20,000.00 on bars, again not likely to happen.

You twist reality to suit your own version of facts my friend. You fear something that does not exist in reality.

And further there are hundreds of players out there right this minute who are better than you, who have achieved a higher level than you, accomplished more at this game than you, standing on the pro tees having little to no success with their lower level equipment. I have met plenty in the challenge matches as they do not even bother to hide it anymore.

If these people were to enter the rg's or the various tournaments or play the MPC, guess what, off the pro tees they go in rapid succession.

Just look at the pro tier monthly, dozens of players appearing with week old accounts shooting low 60's, those people my friend are not re-created masters.

Chris in reality, success does not come at this game until you have the best gear in the bag, and that takes time and money and if someone wishes to give WGT oodles of dough so they may stand on the pro tee, all the power to them I say, because as soon as they do not wish to spend real money and win credits, they get moved up, then they find themselves standing on the Legend tees with equipment 30 levels below the account they left behind with a big hole in their wallet. That is the reality.

There is nothing to fear here, move along.

You wouldn't mind then If there was an all tier tournament for a free holiday and free rounds at Meirion Golf Club.  I decide to create new account, boost up to buy new clubs (with a few ranked rounds slowly getting better until I'm a tour pro) then tee off in tournament with my normal game from pro tees and win tournament with 51 beating your 57 into 2nd place

I wouldn't bother doing that, I'm sure they would've limited your score after your great front 9 ;-)

LMAO good one right there you just made me spill beer on my computer. ROTFL

Don't you love the way Chris belittles people for wasting their time earning credits via surveys, then spends an eternity writing diatribes about every problem he has with the game?

I get tired of "you" wasting time on "MY" thread, posting things off topic!

    Hello Courteneyfish;

You play WGT golf for FREE?  Please explain.

I just now looked at what is available to ME.....for earning FREE CREDITS.  There are (2) videos worth 21 credits.  (7) videos I can watch on the carousel....worth 7 credits.  And, (1) survey worth 15 credits.......IF I can get all of those credits every day...that's 43 credits x 30 days = 1,290 total credits.

I notice that you play with NIKE 71+ golf balls (cost of 450 credits per sleeve or 3 balls).....1,290 credits will get you less than (3) sleeves of balls.....or 6+ balls per MONTH.

Personally, I play nearly every day.....avg. approx. 75+ rounds (9 holes) per month.  I use Callaway balls (275 credits per sleeve).  So....using the WGT free credit system doesn't really work......IF you expect to play for free.   Maybe you only play a few rounds per month.....I see you have played only approx. 300 rounds total here on WGT.

Well, there are other OFFERS.....but, I'm not going there.  AND, often times, I don't even qualify for the surveys I'm offered.  Then, there are those surveys where I'm 80% complete and I'm told to "stop", you do not qualify for this survey.....nice.

WGT may say that there is NO COST to play WGT golf...............really?  With all due respect....I disagree.

    Bob

I think I've said more than enough on this thread Bob and your math is appalling. The offers and surveys are plenty to keep me in golf balls thank you.

If you call wasting time slaving away filling in surveys for credits "playing for free" it makes It difficult to comprehend.  Basically your taking your own time filing in surveys and then get paid a few credits for doing it.  to me this Is like me working a few hours, getting paid and using that money to buy credits from WGT.  you are using time you could be playing golf having to take time out to do something you dont really want to be doing just to earn enough to spend on this game.  It might feel like free, but having to do something with your time other than playing golf to "earn" credits sounds like work to me.

Whats better, earning $2 playing GOLF and having fun, or earning $2 filling in a survey for 20 mins.???  Which one seems more free???

    Chris,

Many times you posted here about "I've been trying to get an MPC game for an hour, no takers"...or similar.

Could you time have been better spent playing a few RG's?

But to the point, how is spending a  few hours on doing surveys, etc, wasting time?...I'm sure no one(least I hope not) is missing work, etc...to get their surveys done, they may be watching a ballgame, the news, etc..and filling time and building up their credits.

Heck, I musta done 3 or 4 during the last PGA Tourney I watched...watch a little golf...answer a question, etc...was I wasting my time watching Golf, or wasting my time doing the survey's?

    I say neither...

    Nice manners, Courteney.  Apology accepted.

    OK..........how's THIS for MATH.

Number of ranked rounds played by Courteney in February to date.........19.

Number of ranked rounds played by Bob in February to date..........84.

NOW.......do you "understand"  that for MOST WGT Members.....playing for FREE doesn't work.
