For the second or third time, I've been lost!!  I play every day, and every now and again, the 'consecutive days played' resets to zero  -   i have enough grief playing the game, without disappearing from the annals of WGT history :(

    hi

are you keeping an eye on the timer? it's located on top right corner of the main game window.

Mind you it resets a 12 am GMT - early evening at your place.

Shamper plays with me and we both have the 24 hr clock reset at 8 pm. Despite when the timer resets we play every evening. The shots are still recorded and her average changes except when she gets beat and WGT says she forfieted the game which she never did.

Duhhhh    I know the timer resets itself, that's why I make a point of ensuring I get the games in when required.  I've been reset to 'zero' more than once......I really don't like being invisible or being made invisible, unlike the VEM

What does "when she gets beat" mean?

Which kind of game do you play?

Are you sure to go back to the game menu every time?

Yes, I'm sure I go back to the game menu - what do you think I am - an IDIOT!!!   Not very impressed yet...still waiting for meaningful assistance from wgt.  Jeepee411 asked me to relay that he is ALSO not amused!!!  AND what difference does it make as to 'what kind of game she plays' or   'when she gets beat'?  Totally immaterial to my issue,.., however, when I DO get into second place from a game, many times the system reports me as forfeiting the game.  Good thing I have a sense of humour and realize it's a virtual game......grrrrrrr!!!!!

I think I know WGT's answer but it won't help you.

I'm trying to help my way but of course you are not obliged to accept it.

Have a nice day, Madam, Sir.

Shamper: The people on this site with WGT in front of their name are paid staff, who are here to help you, the rest are people who are just players who don't have to help you but are trying to understand your issue and then to help you, they are doing so from genuine kindness. To return such kindness with rude, arrogant and abrasive replies is the mark of an uncouth, ill-mannered lout.

If you have had a bad day / round or are angry with a WGT issue, then may I suggest you calm down and not take out your anger on innocent parties?

Shampers point was that what does it matter what type of game we played that night. The fact that she played should be enough to get her exps and not have her consecutive day streak be reset. My post on the subject regarding "getting  beat" and seeing that her game was somehow recorded as a forfeit was my attempt at finding the root cause of why this happened.

As you said WGT is supposed to have paid staff to answer these enquiries,,,,but alas they did not bother.
