Problem solved: add "--disable-bundled-ppapi-flash" to your Chrome shortcut, and PepperFlash won't bother you ever again.

Hello.  Could you please explain how to do this?  Is it in the chrome settings when browser is open?  Thank you very much.

No, it's in the properties of the shortcut you start chrome with. Right click the shortcut, choose "properties" and add the provided parameters. (I don't know anything about the workings of these parameters, just explaining how to set 'm.)

To set them, put the line with one dash after the last quote with a leading space.  EXAMPLE:in the target box   "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" -disable-bundled-ppapi-flash  apply this, OK, then done.

    Thank you,
