  I don't get why you think it's slow, slow how? What functions wrong & WTF's so complicated?

  The guy does not even really try the game, or hit any balls & he's an expert video game tester. Go figure.

  You've just described the real world of golf in a nutshell!

  This game has achieved  the goal of playing like the real thing. Thanks for validating it jester517 you the man ;-)

  Lol, I hope you get your computer fixed soon. Not being able to play seems to have brought out the nasty side of you (btw, I love this dark side). VNS, again.

  The responses you've had may look like a bit of a WGT 'love in', but I think the point they're making is that it's a bit soon to be casting your judgement on something you really have no idea about, other than maybe an initial impression.

  Don't think for one minute that that this game is perfect, or these people have not complained about issues on here, many times, because they most certainly have. The difference is........ they gave it a real go first. You haven't done that.

  This golf site gives me everything I want out of golf, except the actual swinging of the club, which for health reasons I can no longer do. Yes, this is NOT perfect, but it's the very best golf site that I have been able to find, bar none. I have more trouble with the credit issuers than the WGT. I will stay and play here for as long as the WGT lets me, assuming I can keep my thoughts under control. I may have criticized more than I should have. For playing realistic virtual golf, there is none better than the WGT!

  LOL, never nasty, perhaps a tad sarcastic! And as for my laptop - me too still waiting a part from the US and bought an old laptop from a auction site $1.oo for a quick fix - it is working but not all that stable yet - finally played a round last night - badly lol

  Well it's not a Very Classy Thread to post by the Op.....lol

  I would say to the OP...... give it a couple of months and see what you think about the game then. After that you will be really distressed about the game and leave or you are hooked, wanting to play it more often.
