Can anyone tell me what the marks,on either side of the main mark's are for,and how you use them properly.When I choose a distance and hold for a moment they shrink.What excatly dose that do for Driver's,Irons,and putter.Thx

those are just precision boxes... main mark is a perfect shot anything left is early and right is late.
when you hold the shot and see bar shrinking, it means you are losing precision. best to aim and hit.
