What a joke this company is proving to be!
Today I thought, go on give it a go , 3000 + credits to create an account with PaddyPower online betting.
Stipulation, create an account and deposit £10, make your first bet and receive your credits within 15 mins .... LMFAO.
Everything went smoothly, account created, Paypal deposit paid, bet made ..... all this done within 2 minutes.
Sit back and wait upto 15 minutes for my WGT account to be Credited the credits :-)
Well, 30 minutes passed, still no credits. Me being the kind person I am thought, oh well , maybe they pick the 15 mins they deposit in. No such luck, it wasn't to be the next 15 minutes either :-(
Now I'm quite a tolerant person, infact my wife as even called me a soft touch at times, but enough is enough, I click on support and search for the offer I had taken, is it just my page that as no semblance of order at all? looked up , down , up and down again, must of took me another 5 minutes to find the bloody offer .
Anyway, I click create ticket, fill in my e-mail address, give a brief description of my dilemma and provide 1 image showing my account at Paddypower created and such., Click send , now wait :-)
Low and behold, within 2 mins of sending, an e-mail arrives, Dear sir we acknowledge the receipt of your ticket ...... PLEASE WAIT UPTO 72 HOURS.
Are they having a laugh or what?
WGT this is beyond a joke, they take our monies in good faith yet renege on their side of the bargain.
I don't think I'll be taking too many of these so called fantastic offers, do you realise how this makes you look WGT? after all its your good selves that allows these companies to ply their trade on here.
