I know a few have posted about supersonic before but I just wanted to vent my frustration and warn others.

As it stands I have 149, yes 149 UNPAID offers!! I have contacted WGT in respect of two of them and after a lengthy wait for a reply was told to take it up with the sponsor i.e supersonic.

I am currently in protracted correspondence with them trying to get just one of these paid, it's worth 2552 credits so I'm not letting it go. So far they have had 5 screenshots and copy of a confirmation e-mail from the company I opened an account with and I'm still having trouble getting the credits I am due. And yes I followed the terms of the offer to a tee.

I am only able to tackle my outstanding offers 5 at a time and the proof they are asking for doesn't exist in most cases, the system is fatally flawed.

So beware people when signing up for offers, it's not all plain sailing.

149 unpaid offers, is this acceptable WGT?????

If this happened to me, this is what I would do.

I would email that company and make them aware that Supersonic is not fulfilling its obligation. Further go on to tell them that, I would go onto the Forums, Facebook and Twitter to spread the word, that "their Company" is "customer unfriendly" if they do not want to help rectify the situation.

    Thank you Zio.

I have e mailed the company just to make them aware of the situation and I will not use the account until this is sorted.

I'm owed many thousands of credits from supersonic and they make it very difficult for the customer where credits aren't awarded. The whole system seems totally unfair

Yes it is unfair. Hope that you are successful in getting all those credits. The game takes up enough time as it is, then add in fighting for what is owed takes even more.

If you check your account you will see that most if not all of the unpaid offers say

Pending (waiting for advertiser's approval). That tells me that for what ever reason the advertiser who actually put the offer on did not contact Supersonic ads with the approval that you completed the offer. I also noticed on my account that most of the ones that were not paid off I didn't actually do. I simply clicked on the offer to see what it was and then didn't do the offer for some reason. I'm not saying this is your case but some of the 149 might be just that. The real question here for the ones that you did complete is why the advertiser didn't send the approval. It appears that it is not WGT or Supersonic ads that is at fault but the companies sponsoring the offer. As WGT says it is a 3rd party. But in these cases it is more like a 4th party. The few offers that I did actually  complete with them that weren't paid out I was able to find the needed proof and using their support page got my credits.

Thank you for your input, much appreciated. I had noticed that they all say pending awaiting advertisers approval. It's a fair point that I probably haven't completed all the offers but I know for a fact that there are very many outstanding. I just ran through my list and just 6 of the offers I have completed amount to more than 5000 unpaid credits.

The whole system is a joke and I'm finding supersonic very unhelpful.

I got 400 credits (so I though ) Supersonic messed up and refused to give me the 400 credits I so rightly earned. What needs to be done is, Use 1 company to deal with and get rid of the rest! That will take care of the problem instead of 7 companys, Here it is 6 weeks later and still have'nt got the 400 credits....

Sorry to hear that, it appears a lot more common than I realised.

In my case some of the offers for which I haven't been paid are ones that have involved some sort of payment from me. I suppose the free offers that remain unpaid are a bit easier to accept even though they have involved time and effort on my part. However, the premium offers are kind of hard to bear because it was the offer of credits that swayed me towards signing up for them.

Good luck with yours, I hope you get what you are entitled to but I can't help feeling that there is only one loser in all of this. It's nothing short of fraudulent/false advertising at the end of the day and I wonder just how many people actually get stung.

    Good luck

I also have taken up 3 premium offers in the last 3 weeks that should have payed me 15000 credits but after several emails back and forward to supersonicads I still get the same reply that my ticket has been rejected and I have received no credits despite paying for the deals and suppling all the info that supersonic asked for
