  Same here I have been waiting for almost 2 months now on the 888.com credits to be awarded, half way through the offer they saw fit to change the criteria, every day I keep reminding them of the awaited credit, dont even get a response from them.

  I really thing WGT should step in and talk to Supersonic Ads, as really for every offer you complete they need to get reminded to credit what is due to you.

  If anybody can provide me with an email address form somebody who is actually capable of helping me at Supersonic Ads would appreciate it, as I am sick and tired of trying to sent an email with automated response and limited input of characters.

  ...and I mean every page, from the opening offer on Supersonic's wall, to the final 'Thank you and goodbye' message.

  I've argued the toss with  Supersonic over some 10k of credits in the past few weeks...and got the lot!

  Hi There, Wished I'd read this forum page first... so now I too have been conned by paddy power / supersonic ads and not had my credits, even tho i did everything correctly and feel really dissoluisioned with the whole credit earning thing now. What I dont understand is how others have taken screenshots of password protected pages? I can get my account page up showing my £10 transaction but there's no way to copy it or even send a link to it. Any ideas?

  Paddy Power where very helpful to me by writing an email confirming my ID number and deposit. I then took screen shots of all my gaming with that 10 quid to prove I spent it. You can clip anything on the screen with windows snipping tool or there are plenty of free clippers out there just as good.

  I spammed there FB page and Twitter and then looked for their board member names on their website and went on Linkedin, found them and told them what I thought ... I found all the companies they work for too ... and there is a lot of them too the likes of Shell, BP etc. and send their marketing directors an email outlining their bad name.

  I got my credits the next working day after all that, total waiting time was 8 days

  Do not use supersonic ads Bought the nowtv through them not a jot. Sent screen shots account info but they still say not enough info. have used the other 2 both seem ok but supersonic avoid.

  Sorry But they are back! Betfred offer kept every email sent all the info and still they refuse to pay. Will keep you posted if they pay up BUT FOR NOW SUPERSONICADS are again  at their old tricks

  Sent more screenshots as required The they ask for more so no luck so far .Not only are betfred losing a customer but other companies who use supersonic will be losing customers. I cant really take them to court as its missing free credits its just the feeling of being misled and lied to that's the problem. Like all business they require a customer base and if they upset them they go under. So hopefully just feedback will spur them into action

  It took some more screen shots and email shots But finally they give me my credits. So If you go through supersonicads make sure you keep everything.a bit of hard work but at least it pays for some new equipping.
