Try as Dan said, just try and see if it lets you purchase the clubs. Unlikely but worth a shot.
But as MG says, this is unbelievable that WGT cannot correct this issue, and promptly.
Perhaps if Bob authorised WGT/Customer Support/Moderator in an email to deduct his account the credits for the clubs, they could just slide those clubs into his account.
This is an error from WGT not the OP, and is unfair to expect any player to wait so long at this level - at these levels you are talking about LOYAL customers. come on WGT, you can and should do better!
