Welcome. My advice would be to always show that you've seen issues members are concerned about and to give some kind of response. It feels like a lot of problems and threads get ignored by the moderators sometimes.

Welcome, welcome WGTdbloshoe, I am Squirrel Nutz, aka renniw52. I am the quiet one on WGT, never voice my opinion (LOL). I only stalk in private and the only female I harass is my wife. Do you have any idea what you have gotten yourself in to? Good luck with your new position. I will try to behave to the best of my inability.

Welcome to the Jungle WGTdbloshoe, but of course, being a WGT player, you know what you are getting into. Good luck in your new venture, and may nothing but the best come your way. Moderating a forum with the level of diversity this one has takes some very special skills and I am sure you will do a great job. Best of luck to you!!
