Game invites not getting through - please advise....

  A member of my CC has come to me asking about not receiving any invites or getting answers to any he puts out.

  Have checked with a few other members who have assured me that invites go out, but are not replied to.

  Is it a simple cache error, browser issue, or is there something that is being missed.

  Would appreciate any help.

  Assuming he's not asleep at the wheel and just doesn't see the flashing green invite, make sure the number of friends on his list is under 250. When you have more than that many odd things happen to the list and invites.

  Thanks YJ, don't think he would miss them all, but you never know !!. have checked his friends list - 50 - so I don't think that the number is the problem.

  Another thing, too. Make sure he's available to everybody, not just friends. He'll only get invites from those on his list if he's Friends Only.

  YJ's points are very valid, however i think there might be another new bug in the game regarding this.

  We identified this whilst being on skypoe one night. 4 of us ready for an ALT game.

  We invited this person, he says no invite on his screen..

  We got him to go BUSY and back again, whilst he was busy the invite appeared and he could accept it.
  This continued for him for a few days then just went away.

  This might be an isolated case with just a single member though.

  I am currently having the same issue.  I am not receiving invites from friends to join a game.  The only was I know is I have to reload the page every few minutes.  Also I hear the ring when a friend comes on or leaves but it us not updated on my screen.  I have to reload the page to see what has happened.  So far no one has been able to offer a solution.  So I continue updating throughout my rounds to check for invites and to see who has come on the game or left the game.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

  WGT has  their  head up there butts. Can't get an invite to play a game. And dont tell me to be green i am not new to this game. They need new  programmers.

  Yep...the problem is back..but worse now than before...hopefully it will be resolved ASAP.  Get an invite...accept it and it cancels immediately.

  same problem all night we all chat on skype our own chat room and teamspeak invites sent not received not seeing people available etc etc etc this is going from bad to worse what the fu ck is going on wgt numerous complaints over the last few months and all we get is the bog standard reply of clear cookies cache etc etc etc WE EXPERIENCED PLAYERS DO THIS so sort the sh it out instead of pithy heart tee markers and so on. my members are getting annoyed when they cant even hook up to get a game
