Here are my rankings from hardest to easiest in my opinion:

    - Bethpage Front 9

    - St. Andrews Back 9

    - Oakmont Back 9

    - Oakmont Front 9

    - Kiawah Front 9

    - St. Andrews Front 9

    - Kiawah Back 9

I'd move Kiawah up the ranking on both halves, I have most trouble on this course. St. Andrews is hard because of the uneven fairways and the "hole" in the middle of the fairways they call "traps" and the hilly greens. Then I'd put Bethpage front and back. Haven't played Oakmont or any of the tourney courses.

    Keep on swinging!

LOL, it'd be amazing if some of those courses were added, no doubt. =)

Updating my post from a few months ago----having played them all several times now--I would have to say you're pretty close. Though I might move the back nine at St.A up a little.

Mine would be quite different. I am going to order as per legend tees, medium wind and tournament greens.

    Oakmont Front 9

    BP Back 9

    Kiawah Back 9

    Oakmont Back 9

    BP Front 9

    SA Back 9

    Kiawah Front 9

    SA Front 9

The surprise may be Kia Back but from the legend tees it is a different proposition. As you can no longer get wedges into the greens and the greens are probably the most difficult it is a lot harder to go low consistantly.

With Oakmont I think that it will become easier as we all get to know it better.

Nice order Paul. It's quite the same for me.

    Oakmont Front 9

    Kiawah Back 9

    BP Back 9

    BP Front 9

    Oakmont Back 9

    SA Back 9

    Kiawah Front 9

    SA Front 9

Kiawah Back 9 sure ain't easy. 3 or 4-iron shots on 12, 13, 14, 17 and 18, that's tough. And with those greens, I put it in front of BP Back 9.

The other difference is BP Front 9. A lot of tricky shots and 5, 7 and 9 are very difficult to birdie.

I have a question to bring this thread back. Where is St. George in all this? That course is not even mentioned.
