Carousel completely Un-responsive

  DAD111:

  Live Gamer is down or unresponsive this morning as I redeemed views for credits but they've not shown in my account. Carousel is working fine though.

  Also redeemed my 100 views but the 75 credits was not added to my account. Please fix this WGT... and credit our account. Thanks :)

  Glad it's not just me.   I tried different browser, clearing cache, cookies and still no luck.

  ok, so maxthon does work with the latest flash.  this proves that wgt has done something causing the videos to not work on several browsers.

   

  update....

  maxthon has a major problem where i get logged out of wgt every 5 minutes regardless of whether i check the box to remain logged in.  it also logged me out just by submitting this message so i had to return to Dragon.

  maxthon sucks the big one

  I also redeemed 100 views and did not receive the 75 credits to my account. I hope WGT/LiveGamer sort this out ASAP.

   

  I've never had any issues before and I believe this issue will be resolved when everyone gets back to work this week. I'll keep all posted.

  unfortunately, it's on their end. we will try to reach out them this week to see what's wrong.

  You lucky guy, I redeemed my views, 100 and got nothing. I sent an email and still have gotten nothing. You guys know how long it takes to get these then they don't pay off. Is this Vegas and a bad slot machine when you hit and get nothing. Live gamer and wgt just another way to screw us.

  Redeemed my 100 views for 75 credits today WGT,where's my credits?..I refreshed the page like it says to do after redeeming  but NO CREDITS??????????????.......Thanks for nothing ,really a pisser wasting all that viewing time..

  Same here, got my 100 views, redeemed for 75 credits and i  got nothing. it seems the game is coming worse for the next month. good luck. lol
