WGT is working completely fine in all other respects but the carousel for watching Ads is completely un-responsive. Any-one else having this problem. I can watch the credit ads at the top but not the carousel ones. They just spin uncontrollably and will not open!!!!

Typical of them on a bank holiday weekend!!!!!!! Even the ? button does not work so can't even contact them..

Not working for me either.  I've tried Google Chrome (my normal browser for playing WGT) and Firefox.  Neither the carousel nor the 5 credit ads above it respond to a mouse click.

I was just going to post about this as I've got this problem also. I use comodo dragon to play here but going into the game using IE made the carousel adds work again. I couldn't click on the play button of the adds either, but on IE that worked aswell.

Hope that works for you also.

It's a pain as it logs you out of one browser to use the other, but it does at least get things working again :) (well for now, lol)

Personally, I wouldn't use MSIE if it were the last browser on earth.  I would just do without credits and give up wgt when the credits I have run out.

One more person here with the same problem.  Unable to watch videos to earn credits.  I changed nothing in my system to have caused this.  I use Comodo Dragon on Win 7 and even downgraded my Flash player to 11.5.502.149 to see if it would affect it but it didn't.  Clearly something changed at the other end to have suddenly caused this for so many users.  Yet another bug in the system that may never go away.  If so, when I have used up my credits and can't get any more to buy balls, I will be done with WGT.

Just give IE a try to see if it works guys. I'd agree it's not at all good for playing the game but there's no point in missing out on credits just for the sake of a few minutes :)

SOLUTION:  As usual (at least in Chrome), WGT doesn't work properly with the latest update to flash player.  Seems every time flash updates, something in WGT breaks.  This time, it's the carousel.

In your Google Chrome address bar, type:    chrome://plugins

    DISABLE new version 11.6.602.180
    and
ENABLE an older version like 11,4,402,265
    and

The Carousel should work just fine!!

Some day maybe WGT will catch up and we can enable the latest version of flash.

Although downgrading to Flash 11.4 seems to have fixed the problem, it doesn't explain anything.  Everything was working fine 2 days ago and I was running the latest version for months.  Oh well, I just set it to never update and hopefully wgt won't figure out a way to screw everything up for all version of flash.
