Carousel completely Un-responsive

  Well it seems it's shut the door on IE now also, the adds work but the carousel vids don't open and are shoved into the corner.

  How come this bloody game seems to be able to screw things up in a heartbeat and slam the door on workarounds, but takes forever to fix them??

  Rich, could you talk me through winding back to an older version of flash player please? I can disable the current version but there's no older one to enable, I've downloaded a previous version of flash but every time i try to install it I'm told to go to adobe because there is a newer version available?

  It shouldn't be this difficult should it?

   

  edit - not to worry, got it working. No joy at all with using older flash versions though, even went right back to a 10. version and it still wouldn't play the carousel vids. Had to resort to using maxthon and they're working fine, I just wonder for how long before that too is shut down.

  Yep, IE does not work as stated above.  The whole carousel is crammed into the corner of the box.   The ads above the carousel do not work either as one cannot start them playing a video or anything.

  I believe this is all part of the WGT design to mess with people and create problems for them.  Clearly there is no other reason to do this to customers.

   

  so to sum up, it does not work with chrome regardless of the flash version.  it does not work in IE.

  yep doesnt work for me either, well it let me redeem my points. only to find out it never counted them, so that was a waste of 100 credits I wont get back

   

  Love the game but really get sick of the issues. aint sure how much longer i can deal with them

  Please try Maxthon. It cures most problems on here.

  Good call Courtney, switched from Chrome to Maxthon 3. carousel working ok with this browser.

  Live Gamer is down or unresponsive this morning as I redeemed views for credits but they've not shown in my account. Carousel is working fine though.

  Tried to send ticket but was informed that ...."Sorry! We are unable to send this currently. Please try again later."

  It'll sort itself out hopefully as I've always been awarded them in the past when these issues arose.

  Maxthon is nothing more than a stripped down version of IE which does not work.

  No idea if this has been fixed or not, just reporting on what has happened today -

  Came in through maxthon, carousel working ok, vids working ok. Redeemed some views and have got the credits from those.

  I haven't tried any other browser yet to see if it is working yet, will try that tomorrow.

  Just tried with Chrome, nothing on the Watch Videos page is working when clicked on.

  Supersonic Ads, Carousel, Watch these video's to earn more View(s)!

  It has been said WGT is optimized for Chrome. I believe Google made some changes to Chrome in the last few days.
