Carousel completely Un-responsive

  I have now tried 4 different browsers and cannot get any credits or views on any of the sites.. This is becoming a bit of a farce WGT. I know Livegamer keeps having problems but it is also happening with Supersonic and the other ones as well. Video appears but is completely unresponsive on all browsers tried.

  On Chrome I keep getting other sites pop up in a new tab everytime I hit a button to take me to a different part of WGT. I have adblock installed and all my settings are correct. Bloody annoying.

  All this only started to happen towards the end of last week so what is happening. Has WGT BEEN THE VICTIM OF HACKERS!!!!!!! Is spam inundating their site...

  Live Gamer is down or unresponsive this morning as I redeemed views for credits but they've not shown in my account. Carousel is working fine though.

  Tried to send ticket but was informed that ...."Sorry! We are unable to send this currently. Please try again later."

  It'll sort itself out hopefully as I've always been awarded them in the past when these issues arose.

  For information:  After eventually being able to send ticket to Live Gamer yesterday, I log in today to find my 75 credits awarded. This has always been my experience when contacting Live Gamer with issues such as this. They have always duly obliged eventually when it is a legitimate issue and I fit the criteria.

  Hi WGTicon,

  I use Maxthon Cloud 4. Carousel has always worked for me except the redemption of views issue I had which is now resolved. See post above.

  Maxthon 4 working for playing videos.  have not tried redemption

  IE 10 not working for playing videos.

  No. Just tried again

  Chrome - Supersonic & Carousel still totally unresponsive.

  Some of the Watch videos for extra views work, some don't.

  Using Comodo Dragon, as WGT recommended to me once, and also having the unresponsive carousel. This could hurt.

  Has worked every day with Maxthon3, without a problem, but with Chrome, as everyone has said, the carousel just spins and no ads work.

  Problem I am having is with the Trialpay Surveys, which will only automatically pay out (sometimes) when using Chrome and not the Maxthon3. Very odd.
