    YankeeJim:

The direction is not consistent with the wind nor is the direction and is virtually useless. Nice touch but for show only.

Nonsense. I find them just as useless useful as golf bags.

    LOL.^^

@Scott-I think it's a pretty cool way to show something and you're right about the language barrier.  :-)

Thanks a lot for pointing the way to activate the flag. Sorry this delay in replying, my internet was off for a few days.

    It does now.  :-)

Why go through that when a simple instruction works? The guy already knew how to get there.

also help golfers in gauging the direction and speed of the wind,

Once you turn them back on like above all you're going to see is generic flapping. The direction is not consistent with the wind nor is the direction and is virtually useless. Nice touch but for show only.

Glad you bring that  up YJ,, i also notice the flags dont always fly with the wind ,most time againts the wind.....  its to bad for sush a realistic  game not to have made the wavering flags more real ......          But like said here  the more you play   the more  you work with the wind ,we dont realy need a  wavering flag to tell us  how to play the wind.

When I first investigated the options page I too was unaware you could scroll down, so I guess were both a bit 'doh!', lol.

Heh, it took over a year for me to discover it and the only way I did was to come here after an update and crab about WGT having removed the putting grid on/off button. Turns out the update added some functions and pushed that button down. DOH!   LOL
