The only thing missing are the Uneven tournaments.  Please add a couple so I can get the crap kicked out of me again and again.

    Cheers,

    b0gey

    +1

Please add a few uneven lies RG's clearly marked obviously.

    for example: 50cr - 9 holes, 100cr - 9 holes, 200cr - 18 holes.

...and one of those with high wind, champ tees/greens, on a tough course...just for the challenge.

It's off hack tees as well! Winning score under 50?

It's really a par 66 from those tees, so it won't surprise me at all if it happens in the next two weeks.

I agree, preferably a 9 hole uneven lies RG with the most difficult conditions (high wind, champ tees and greens).  Working hard just to get par on each hole was fun/challenging.

Not sure I want the torture for 18 holes...lol

I'd say par 68. The par 5s are all easy eagles but none of the short par 4s are easy eagles.

I missed Albatross by 3 inches (not that it would have really counted!)

None of the eagles are "easy", and in hole 2 it's actually pretty hard, so I'd rather rate it par 69. I don't think we'll see a sub-50 score (it's not a Tour Legend RG after all), but we may see 50 or 51.

Well I've played it twice and had 3 eagles both times. :p

I agree that we're unlikely to get a 49 as no TLs.

I agree a 49 is unlikely, but it wouldn't surprise me.

The par 5s are all reachable with irons every time in low wind, without much risk.  Most of the other courses have at least one par 4 that is more difficult to birdie from the tips than any of the Cabo 5s are to eagle from the shorties.

One of the par 4s is 250-something, definitely a par 3 on an Open course.

Another (I forget the number) is 280-something.  This one is debatable.  The only good comparison I have when trying to argue it should be a par 3 is Oakmont 8.  The Cabo hole is certainly a harder shot.  It's really more like Olympic 7, St Andrew's 12 (shorter tees) or Oakmont 17, a high risk eagle opportunity.  The best argument that I can make for this hole as a par 3 is that none of the other holes are always reachable, including Oak 8.  This one is given the low winds that have been set for the RG.  On balance, it's more sensible as a risk/reward 4.

So it's a par 67, with the former 5s and the 250+ 3 among the toughest holes on the course (along with the 18th and its diabolical green).  Most of the remaining 4s are driver-wedge, one is always driveable, and one or two others might be depending on wind.  The remaining 3s are all mid or short irons.  Taken altogether, Cabo from the babies as a 67 is probably still easier relative to par than most of the other WGT courses from the tips.

The same 1000CR RG is available for TLs now also.  Cabo 18 with low winds from Hack Tees - but on Championship Greens.  I totally gacked up 1 and three putted for bogey and lipped two other putts from less than 4 feet (just got careless and didn't play any break) and still shot a 53.  I'm guessing a 49 will be had.

Looks like I was right - Courtney01 has posted 49 and there are few left to post who may also do it.
