speaking about the survey to get points,I spent 20 to 30 minutes on various survies(one was for 545 credits)and did not get credit, I emailed the "peanut lab" and also the WGT about this. To there credit they both got back to me and said they would investigate, well it has been over a month and I have heard nothing, if you know is this a common problem,

ps I am a new member and just wondering

    thanks

I have a legit golf-related complaint.  13th hole at Kiawah Island, ball hits the bank and bounces to the right and into the weeds or water.  Obviously a penalty stroke, but despite a VISIBLE red stake (lateral water hazard, NOT white for OB), you get sent back to the tee for your third shot when clearly you should get a drop where the ball crossed the hazard line.

Replay from the tee is a legit choice of relief. Since there are no choices by the players themselves here, WGT takes this one for us. It's not the worst drop existing, believe me.

Agreed that  back to the tee is a legit choice of relief, but no one in their right mind would choose that option after a ball traveled 250 + yards before hitting the ground and then bouncing into the hazard.  I must just be lucky since this is the only instance I have seen of something like this and I have played almost daily for nearly a year.

Have another complaint, this one is about other players and the inability to make those responsible pay some sort of price for their boorish behavior.  Recently, I have been playing a lot of match play.  The number of other players that simply quit when they are losing has become an epidemic.  Worse yet, a lot of the biggest offenders are the more experienced players.  I understand, disconnects can happen and can be beyond the control of the player, but I am convinced that some players do it repeatedly and I know many times its no accident.  Those players should be tracked and suffer some sort of consequence.

Some nasty drops for instance are at KIA #17 - in rough in front of the Legend tees (200 yds over the pond) or in sand (wasteland) on the opposite side of the green, and at CCC (#6 and/or 11) where the drop is on the right hand side of the water, in rough, behind a tree. CCC#18, lateral water around the green, sometimes a repetition from 200+ yds out, sometimes in rough left of the green.

This is a feeble point of the game. The only "fair" thing is that we all suffer the same.

all what you say is true...its there site...and they do what they want without even keeping in mind that the players that play here are the most important thing....if they keep charging more credits for equiment and balls and other things....like for example... they want you to buy a new avitar before they change the chalenge menue....and there not cheap 400 credits to buy a new one thats rediculas....the only thing they give you free is a shitty set of clubs when you join....they wont even let us pick our avitars and dress how we want for free....thats really sad ....alot of people join then after 3 weeks they cant compete with top players and never play again...they take and take but never give anything...fuckin game blows

No one likes spelling, grammar, and syntax n azis, but the fact is that communication disappears when such thing go substantially down the tube.

(It seems a little extreme that if I put the 'n' up against the 'azis', it's replaced by asterisks.)

Courtneyfish mentioned making posts in paragraphs.  I get dizzy trying to read posts that are all like one sentence !
