    I purchased flowers from ProFlowers and didn't receive 1500 credits from them. This is a rip off.

    Did you contact them about it? If not, did you at least contact WGT about it? Or are you hoping ProFlowers employees monitor these forums?

    I have contacted WGT about it and I have never gotten a response.  Any ideas as to how I should  further contact WGT would be most appreiated.  Do they have a customer service number or is it all by email?

    We do not monitor it, not does ProFlowers as far as I know. A 3rd party does for both of us and automate the process. You have to contact them. They usually require proof such as invoice, confirmation email and such.

    I wonder how many other members have been ripped off by this scam?

    when you did the offer, on the offer pages, there is a support available via a phone # or a ticket system. If you trace your steps back, you will find it:)

    It is either Trial Pay ,Sponsor Pay ,Supersonic ads or Peanut Lab. All of which have a support button on their page to let you send e-mails when you don't receive credits from completed offers. Just go to the page of the company you used and click on support and scroll down until you find the offer and send an e-mail with any proof you have that you completed the offer. This would include any confirmation e-mails and invoices that you received. It is a fairly simple procedure and only takes a few minutes.
