  Similar story here.

  I completed a survey but the credits were not awarded. I went to the "Support" link and sent an email.

  I got a response to say that it had been rejected and I was not getting the credits.

  Being the optimistic guy I am I went back and did anoter survey for the company. BUT - now there is no option for me to contact Support as it is just listed as "Rejected" - I cant even email them now to ask for the credits!

  Any idea what to do in this situatoin?

  Me either, it really is a joke the quality of service provided by WGT.. nice excuse.. oh a 3rd party handles it.. deal with them.

  I own my own business, i supply a product to wholesalers and also direct to public. I use packaging from a another company.. if someone comes to me with a complaint about that packaging do you think i am going to tell them to go talk to the packaging company? NO because i value my customers and will do everything i can to help them, WGT could learn a thing or two about business management, its not all about the bottom line guys.

  I assume that WGT monitor and contribute to this forum.

  Can any of you WGT guys please help me?

  Up until recently there were daily opportunities to earn free credits by watiching short videos / ads. 2 or 3 free credits for each one you watched. Suddenly that disappeared!

  Any idea why?

  Might you offer the opportunity again?

  hay my friend most of thease offers are scams wgt must owe me about 10000 credits by now for all the offers iv completed and contacting support when the credits dont arrive is a nonsense as thay mostly just say request rejected ,thease offers aint worth doing and thay should be removed from wgt.

  WGT makes money thats all. They don't care much about anything else. If its free credits, then they won't bother much. Put your hand out with a money bill or card, and they will be happy. Other than that you won't be bothered.
