Similar story here.
I completed a survey but the credits were not awarded. I went to the "Support" link and sent an email.
I got a response to say that it had been rejected and I was not getting the credits.
Being the optimistic guy I am I went back and did anoter survey for the company. BUT - now there is no option for me to contact Support as it is just listed as "Rejected" - I cant even email them now to ask for the credits!
Any idea what to do in this situatoin?
