  It's glaringly obvious that there is a lot of cheating going on, throughout this place.  Shooting 20 under isn't something people are going to do.  I don't care how long you've played the game for.  That's just not even realistic...no the game...the score.  

  Anyone who thinks people are legitimately shooting that kind of score, even with all upgrades/clubs, etc have their head in the sand or just don't care. 

  I don't care enough to b*tch about it, but it is a bit sad.

  I am a TL and I've been around 5 years.  I play a lot of alternate shot, and I have played a number of rounds with players who I am sure are honest, and I'm sure can hit 54 on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd try on any course.

  They don't cheat.  Just great iron play and putting.  Yiannis and fmagnets come to mind immediately, not to offend anyone by omission.

  Cheaters exist, and WGT has been legitimately faulted for being too slow to catch them.  But give credit to some talents where it is due.

  With moderate winds and champ greens, I think my lowest score is 58, and that was a miracle.  So I played 2017 VUSO one time, "won" my free avatar and will save my balls for other purposes.

  At this point, I will just wait for using Erin Hills in club events.  Most of players in our club who have tried it like it.  (Not excusing loss of Oakmont.)

  I'm just curious as to why on some shots, the wind has little or no effect on the ball, and on others shots, the wind knocks down the ball like nobody's business. I consider my self a decent player, and have hit shots that were perfect, only to end up in no man's land, or the garbage altogether. I have myself also wondered how these low scores are attained? It blows my mind to see these scores, and I just sit back and wonder, how?

  Yes, they are good.  But what gives them the ability to shoot these kinds of scores are overly forgiving "super" clubs and balls.  I have access to them too, they are just better at using them.  Let's see the scores with starters.  Point being that somewhere along the line, the equipment was a little closer to performing realistically.  WGT could have "protected par" by stopping there.  But that would mean no more money coming in.

  Alternatively, anyone who thinks that those scores can't be legitimately shot doesn't understand how good some players are on here. In other words: you're wrong.
