Chris the Versa and level 80 max are only slightly less precise than the level 92 Ghost Spider

The difference between a lipout and the bottom of the cup.  :-)

Not really Jim. My putting actually improved after I switched to the Max and then the Versa. The extra forgiveness and balance make both those putters as good as the Ghost Spider. I worried about the 1/2 dot precision loss when I first tried the Max but I found that it was not an issue.

It had no way to go but up.

It might just be what works for you, Sting. You're getting away with missing the ding and it suits your style of putting so naturally you would improve.

When you absolutely, positively have to have a putt, though, I'm sticking with more precision. As it is, the 92 Ghost goes where you aim it. Just get the speed right and you're in.  :-)

I made some adjustments with the Versa and everything seems to fall into place now. My advise to others... Make sure to give it a few days with a new putter. Once you make some adjustments u may be surprised how well it works. Anyway the plan for me now is to keep working with the Versa... I just went -6 and -7 on the back 9 of Royal St George on champion greens. I 1 putted 15 of 18... 9 of which over 12ft.

Very happy with those results... (im sure I will be back in a day or so to complain again. lol)
