I can't play Pebble Beach, Manelle, Edgewood Tahoe and some ''Best of...'' courses. How or when do I get to unlock (play) theses courses?

I believe that these courses are (periodically) available with the CTTH option but not for "full" play -
There's no courses to unlock here. What is greyed out is not available, period.
Don't ask for supplements, there will hardly be an answer.
