Had the Rossa first, loved it. Tried the Max Master during the last free rental weekend, and while it felt more precise, it also "felt quite heavy." I felt like I was using a brick to hit the ball. A friend rented the Versa and loved it, so I rented it the next day, and bought it before the rental was even a few hours in.
I am a "try to hit the ding" putter, and move the aiming arrow to aim. So far, I am finding that the L70 Versa to be consistent in distance, and hold the line. I hope they leave the meter speed alone, just fine for me, though a little faster would be nice. I do not use the 100ft increment, wish they would have done a 90ft instead, as I prefer the 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150, 300 scales.
