Trying to get Credits....

  Don't be fooled, I tried to take surveys and watch videos and to date am owed over 4000 credits...Here are the e-mails I sent and received from WGT....Can you say SCAM????

You will also need to include the names of the survey and offer providers and all the correspondence. As we have previously stated, because we do not have the ability to view the status of those credits nor whether the survey / offer was properly completed, the surveyor(s)/offeror(s) are the only ones that can review the database for a resolution. This is the process for all companies that provide an option for persons to earn credits. It, unfortunately, is an industry wide practice and these companies are typically dependable. I asked you before to help and you sent me contacts. I did contact those that you sent and still have not received the credits. My point is why are you, a great game and company, supporting these companies that are using your name and site and are not being honest with your customers? Many people playing the game have made comments about this situation and as a good company, I would think you would want to resolve this matter. So again, I am asking for YOUR help! Please do not send me all over the place this time as it proved futile the first time. I would appreciate my credits from both the offers and surveys that I have participated in.   When you take a survey, watch a video or complete an offer, you are entering a contract with a company such as Trialpay who will give you credits to complete their surveys, offers and watch videos. Since this is an independent company, we do not have access to their system just like they do not have access to ours. The reason you do not get the credits is a simple misfire from them to credit the account. that is why we ask you to contact them since they can in an instant look at your account, see you completed the offer and give you the credits owed.

  Trialplay what a crock of $hit!

  Completed a Godaddy purchase of a domain name for $5, receive 2700 with immediate confirmation...repeat immediate confirmation, that was Thursday, its now Sunday and nothing, and all l'm getting is 8ullshit excuses from these people!

  Sent screen shots numerous times, paid with Paypal, receipt of paymenyt sent as well, so no worry about giving these crooks my card number.

  Thanks Wgt for another scam, you can turn up my VEM now!

  p.s, this isn't the first time there have been complaints about this company not fullfilling their obligations, do you people not have control of these so called independents....obviously not!

  everybody i know , including myself, it as taken almost 2 weeks and countless e-mails to godaddy to receive the credits though you do eventually receive them
