  Beg to differ, PT. Under 61 is the number.  I was at 61.02 back when before a 28 at SA got me Legend. :-)

  50 ranked rounds as Tour Master to be "saturated." Once the 50 best as Tour Master result in an average of 61.00 or lower, you will be sent to The Parking Lot (Legend).
