    geraldlarousse:
but i'm sorry mate downloading cheating software is against the rules.

Using it is but downloading it isn't provided for in the T & C.

"You may not use, distribute, develop, promote or facilitate use of cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the WGT game experience to the detriment of fair play."

So why would you download it if you weren't going to use it? Tiffer's a good example of why you would.  :-)

Simple fact: cheating software for this game exist, is available and is being used.

Question: Are we just going to accept that fact, or should we be trying to do something about it?

Lol, did the person or persons in question, not state they used it and studied it?

Huh? lmao! We are not talking about Tiffer here mate, :)

Another question for you. How do we know they are not using it now? Simple question, waiting for your reply.

Bottom line Jim is we don't know, but when you are caught or openly admit using it you need to go. I think you have to agree with me here.

We don't need any players downloading nothing. WGT should do their job. If they can't than all competitions need to stop. No more playing for credits then. Nothing but Alt. shot and regular stroke play. This Bull Sh$t needs to stop now!

I was. All I did was point out that there's no provision for DLing it in the T & C. You would have the DLer drawn and quartered. How else would anyone know what was going on? It's all about making an educated assessment.

I was down this road almost 4 years ago with that Virtual Caddy nonsense. All I did was look at it, determined it was a major joke and then posted about it. Holy Crapola, Batman, you'd have thought I shot John Lennon. I did the same thing with this latest cheat but didn't have to DL it because of guys like Tiffer and Youtube.

I pretty much stay out of cheat threads these days because people get so irrational in their exuberance about it. You're right-it's wrong to use and all that but that's for the rest of this thread.  ;-)

Downloading it IS facilitating its use. Downloading it is in-excusable, them's the rules.

Now you're into semantics. Look up the meaning of facilitate. You would have to be using it to facilitate anything. Tiffer didn't.

And thank you for presenting a perfect example of why I stay out of cheat conversations.  ;-)

Thank you Paul, and they admitted using it.  Now it is Hammer time, now if someone with the balls would come forward to enforce the rules we should not have any problems,,simples.

We all understand this Fact Cove...But To Post  something  so full of errors, and that will cause Players to be called out as cheats if there cheating or not....You Really think this helping the Game Out....Then to take the stance we didn't do anything wrong, Really? What the Rules of the game doesn't apply to WGTLS members. You guys take this as a personal attack by me...well it's not I was trying to simply point how flawed this Post  really  is.....All of you need to put your EGO's aside play the game worry about YOUR game and let others worry about theres, then thing might run a little smoother

I hear what you're saying but having a program on your computer does facilitate its use.Not semantics, a fact.
