Here's the one they sent me, but the logo puzzles me...must be some kind of exotic symbol they use in Pennsylvania:

I think it's just USGA Gift cards...I checked the qual board and WGT has credited you with $25 in earnings.

Looks like the gift cards stop at a certain point, even though scores are identical (57)...maybe they're still in the process of issuing them?

I suppose there were only 156 prizes issued, the number of the admission for the championship. This would be respected by scorecard playoff, leaving out the rest of the ties who "only" may continue in the Championship.

But their initial offering promises gifts to "the top 156 (and ties)"...all of us who shot 57 are listed at 103rd place.

As far as I know, in all the other tournaments on WGT scorecard playoff applies only to the difference between 1st and 2nd place.  For example, four players shoot 55's in a tourney.  One player is awarded 1st place by scorecard playoff, and the remaining three tie for 2nd.  Those who shoot 56 tie for 5th, and so on.

Are WGT reluctant to honor their commitment?

    I'm afraid not. They say,

In addition, the top 156 scores (plus ties) will advance to the Virtual U.S. Open Championship tournament,
but the prize promise is different, and indeed of a fixed number:

QUALIFIER PRIZES: There are 156* Qualifier Prizes. Each Qualifying Entrant who is eligible to win a prize will receive a Twenty-Five dollar (USD $25)  e-certificate to USGAshop.com (approximate value USD $25) good for purchases of merchandise featured on www.usgashop.com , excluding tickets.

    Edited reflecting new information below.

    Straight from WGT:

    Virtual U.S. Qualifier Prizes

One random Sweepstakes player will win the Grand Prize trip to the 2014 U.S. Open at Pinehurst in North Carolina where you and a friend will be the special guests of the USGA. In addition, the top 156 scores (plus ties) will each receive a $25 gift card to the USGAshop.com for official U.S. Open merchandise, plus those players will advance to the Virtual U.S. Open Championship rounds where the top score will win a second Grand Prize trip for two to the 2014 U.S. Open. See rules for details.
