Sorry, but I don't see where winning a tournament necessarily proves anyone's CC is better than another's.
I like the concept; I just don't agree with your opening statement. Maybe it should read "Do you think your CC has the best players?" instead.

As soon as I get all 16 clubs I will request the names. Hopefully we can get started this weekend with matches. Time schedule is completely based on how quick I can get the 16 entrants.
