  Hi everyone

  I checked on our end, and here is the reply you all are waiting for :)

   

  -          The VUSO Front 9 and Back 9 tournaments have both “leaderboard” and “sweepstakes” winners, and WGT has been waiting to confirm BOTH winners so that we can announce them together. The purpose is so the WGT community can see there are multiple ways to win prizes.

  Confirming “sweepstakes” winners can take days, weeks or months, as WGT needs to wait for those players to reply and officially accept their prize, which is a legal requirement per the tournament rules. For the VUSO Front 9, we have contacted more than 5 players to locate a “sweepstakes” winner and are still waiting for a confirmation.

  Only after a sweepstakes winner is confirmed are the prizes awarded to players. This is the reason for the delays in receiving the prizes from the USGA.

   

  -          Regarding comments about the VUSO Qualifier prizes from the USGA, this year mailing addresses were taken from those players’ WGT Accounts and sent to the USGA, which should mail those prizes sometime in August, like in previous years.

  Hi everyone, I wanted to give you all an update. I was contacted last night by Icon and he assured me that WGT is not ignoring me but like he posted here, its a matter of getting the random draw winners to accept there end of the prize and unfortunitly for me that issue is associated with all 4 jackpots I mentioned. I guess, I am the most unluckiest luckiest player to live after all. lol
  
  I noticed today that the VUSO front and back 9 challenges were added to my career earnings. I will update my original post to reflect this. However, I still have not recieved any of the USGA gift cards as of today. The minute I receive any of them, I will post the facts here.
  
  After some time off and seeing the expedited efforts of Icon and WGTBOBBY addressing my concerns is truly appreciated and they have convinced me that the moderators here do care about the players problems and in no way are treating me differently then any other winner. Thank you Icon and WGTBOBBY for that reassurance!
  
  I have to say, if it wasn't for Icons attentiveness and diligence there would be a heck of a lot more unhappy players here. The man is deffinitly the sharpest tool in WGT's shed for sure. I would reconmend him to any player who has a problem.

  Modify, revamp, update so that players receive winnings / prizes / awards in a more sufficient amount of time. To wait MONTHS is ridiculous. More importantly, in the future this "wait" for your prize will not be so excruciating. Well maybe not excruciating, but a huge hassle at best.

  Wouldn't it be easier to stick a notice up in winners section saying PLAYER A, B & H has won a sweepstake prize so please contact WGT or Icon to let us know if you accept the prize because my e-mails are chock a block full up of "you've entered ready go this or wgt will notify you of your ready go win or bla bla bla has posted on your wall so to filter out a specific e-mail saying you've won a sweepstake prize can easily be overlooked

  Well next time I dont like the way something is done around here maybe ill just pick up and head home..and  take my clubs with me too.   lol.  gimmie a break.      Just goes to show  who needs fun in this game.  when there prizes to win.  Brings out the worst in all of us.       Scott

  glad to hear its sorted dansamcam ,,,if you win a tourni with a prize payout then you should recieve said payout can"t be that hard to sort out in time
