  We all know the basic principles which should guide any company, large or small, in any business: if you promise something to your client, you have to keep that promise.
  
  It is not only just a matter of business, it is a question of respectability.
  
  And this is a case almost grotesque: awards in the light of the sun, completely ignored.
  
  I do not like to think about the existence of plots, but it is certainly not better to think of a total lack of communication by WGT for internal management failures.
  
  Maybe this post, once again, wasn't seen and won't be seen  to the moderators ....

  BUT we all know who is Dansamcam .... one of the real few top players of all time  here ... if not the best .... so pelase WGT do the right thing ... you're still in time ....

  Unethical & Misrepresentation are two words that come to mind. Probably because its a common theme in the responses of this thread. TBE said it best...having players of Dans  caliber gives us other player something to strive for. I'm fortunate to call Dan friend. This is a good man who is only asking for what he has won, fair & square. Why WGT would even think their actions were anything close to right is beyond me. I do believe its time we all write Major League Baseball and inform them of WGT's unethical behavior. I don't think they would like their name associated with such  misrepresentation. And further more, do you think NBC would be interested in scooping up the poop WGT has been dishing out. I'm thinking not.

  Dan,

  As someone who has been in touch with our team for years, you and I know that the best way to handle this, is in private. I have not heard of any of the issues from you or I would have obviously looked into it.

  Right now, I do not know what's the issue with every one of those, but until I had a chance to check into it, there is nothing I else I can say.

  Once we have news, we will contact you privately.

  Reading Dan's original post shows he's already been in touch concerning every outstanding issue. 

  Why haven't you been on it before this? Have every one of the 7 million registered 'accounts' to contact you first with their problem before anything gets done?

  Shockingly poor show from WGT.

  I am sure he has, but I did not hear about it since it's not in my area - prize fulfillment. That has to do with many other elements where say, he may have won a prize but random drawing may take a while to do. Many times it takes 6 month and we have to re-draw several times because winners either do not reply or refuse the prize.

  Yes, those are excuse and I am sure there are different issue with his situation but until I can check on my end, not much else I can add.

  I do know 1 thing: when I heard that he won one of the prizes, I contacted him within minutes about it :)

  As you can see Icon, things are not going good for WGT lately.

  WGT forgot to give prizes to probably the best player in the site.

  WGT is not improving the game in areas where costumers gets motivated to keep using money on your site.

  Important costumers are leaving the site because they find the site services terrible.

  Important costumers are leaving the site because there is nothing else to go for in terms of challenge and entertainment.

  .....gezz, I could carry on for hours.

  In another thread some dude is putting together a list of improvement's to be looked at..................Guess definition of looked..........Whatever is going on behind the curtain needs fixing.  How many times does it take being run over by the same bus for some one to realise...........

  why did the wgt person who updated the news recently announcing Kriz as winner not just add Danno's front & back 9 challenge wins whilst they were writing it?

  Not to support either side but.

  I think WGT got Dan confused with Danmark .... who is on the chit list .. and thats why he got F'd ...

  Just saying .... :)
